What began as a small complaint against yuca-mashed garlic hell turned into a fever, stomach cramps, muscle-aches, dizziness, fatigue and ultimately World-War-fucking-III in my intestines. Quickly, our weekend getaway was held at the tarmac of romance with my dignity spiraling down a toilet. If it wasn’t for my loving caretaker above, I’d still be sipping Tamarind-flavored 7UP (my taste buds were jacked) and moaning in a fetal position. Above, Annita gets some fresh air outside of our room at the Posada San Sebastian. I need an “I <3 Annita” shirt.

Amazing what you do just to not have to dance.
You were asking me to join you in salsa dancing with two professional dancers: Hanoy (?) and his girl. There was no choice but to pull the bacteria-invaded-my-insides excuse.
Hanoi … like the city. Only in Cuba.
