I added over 50 podcasts, 100 rss feeds, a few television shows, some tumblr blogs and other sites today for reasons I’m not too sure of. I intend to gradually refine my perspective on the net. It’s something I’ve lost over the last year and I want it back. I went from photog site to music site and ended up at Monocle’s report on The Impossible Project – the project intended to save polaroid film. I watched and smiled. Preservation is something beautiful; it’s something I did for the last year. I left my desk and went to the refrigerator. There they were, just like I had left them. Two packages of Polaroid film with 10 shots each were hunched forward, sharing their shelf with the mustard, an old chocolate bar and tonic water. I’d preserved them for something special, but I’m not sure for what.
