In February of 2007, I traveled to Berlin with expectations of meeting artists, the creative-elite, socialites, musicians and anyone I considered intriguing. The former East Berlin scene thrived with stencil-artists, graffiti artists, Indie-Electro beat conductors and creatives pulsating with freedom and energy. Anna Rikje Rosenthal is an Indie-Pop singer situated in the graffiti-laden bustle of Prenzlauer Berg whom I met while roaming the streets of former East Berlin.
