   An irresistible urge to evoke my inner tourist took over this weekend when my fiancee Anna was in New York City visiting. We decided a trip to Coney Island would fulfill a desire to witness one of Americana’s most kitsch destinations. With all due respect, I didn’t get it. There are carnies. There’s an assortment of fried foods that would make the Man Vs. Food dude smirk that douche smirks he smirks. And then there’s headless women.
