   June 15 2010 The downside to an overwhelming passion for sports is the anxiety bouts present before every game I’m invested in. This month, my ability to withstand the turbulence is being put to the test with the World Cup and the NBA Finals. Yesterday, I couldn’t keep still. I paced, took deep breaths, zoned out and even took a sip of tequila before tip-off to “calm my nerves.” The outcome of the game was great, but this is my best representation of what I was like throughout the day. Tomorrow it’s Mexico V France in Group A World Cup
