August 10 2010 Arts District Los Angeles, formerly known as the Warehouse District, reminds me of an underdeveloped DUMBO. Unused rail lines lead to fences. March 6 2010 Dark clouds hovered overhead and the parking lot was slick and wet, but they continued to beat their drums and stomp their feet.
