May 6 2010 Shake Shack demands patience. You wait in line, order and then you assume the meal will leave you teetering back in your chair, smiling, with the look of someone who needs a nap. In our case, we were pensive, agitated and frustrated about not ordering two burgers. Most places allow for a quick reentry into a queue. Shake Shack means you’d have to get in another 45 minute line for another burger.
